She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hensley and Wanda Hensley; her sister Billie Jo Hensley; and her granddaughter Aerielle Pearl. She is survived by: her children, David Simmons, Pamela Rion, April Palomar and Amy Simmons; and her sisters, Judy Heilig (Don), Phyllis Zatek (Skip Skaggs), Joyce Gee and Lisa Johnson. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
