He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his sons, Cody Gambrel (Melissa), Joseph Thorpe (Laci) and Drake Thorpe (Stephanie); his mother Phyllis McAlister Lane (Dave); and his siblings, Charles Gambrel (Tina), Kari Hall (Lewis), Terri Francis (Dennis) and Patrick Gambrel. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
