We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Charles Ray Dowell of Winamac, Indiana, born in McHenry, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nokie Dowell and Catherine Dowell (Cooper). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Dowell; his children, Terry Postma (Larry), Cindy Gilbert (Luke) and Phillip Dowell (Becky); and his brothers, James Dowell and Michael Dowell (Charlie). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
