She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen S. Milliner and Verna I. Milliner (Thomas); and her brothers, Tom Milliner and Robert Milliner. She is survived by: her daughter Tricia Fowler (Eric) of Kokomo, IN; her brother David Milliner of Rainsville, IN; and her grandsons, David Hinkle and Layke Fowler.
