She is survived by: her parents, Herbert Balser and Florence Balser (Marquess); her spouse Lowell V. Hogue; her children, Janet Conger and Dennis Hogue; her siblings, Robert Balser of Williamsport, IN, Roberta Anderson of Williamsport, IN, Gene Balser, Frances Hackett and Hansel Balser; and her siblings-in-law, Diana Balser, Eurith Balser, Bill Hackett and Joseph Anderson. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren 6 great-grandchildren.
