He is survived by: his daughters, Melynda Leak (Jim) of Williamsport, IN, Melyssa Leak (Mike) of Ambia, IN and Melanie Swanson of Lafayette, IN; his daughter-in-law Shelby Cox; his siblings, Mary Jane Baer of West Lafayette, IN, Charles "Bud" Swanson of Eutah, AL and Tom Swanson (Carolyn) of Attica, IN; his grandchildren, Zachary Swanson, Kimberly Leak, Leslie (Gosling), David Leak, Jacob and Adam Swanson; and his great grandchildren, Levi Swanson and ChloéGosling.
