She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Robert L., Barbara Haniford (Hoppes), Paul L. and Mildred V. Johnston (Anderson); and her nephew John D. Bradley.
She is survived by: her parents, David R. Johnston and Sara L. Johnston (Haniford) of Kramer, IN; her sons, Mason E. Dean and Chandler L. Dean of Kramer, IN; her former husband Fred E. Dean of Kramer, IN; her brothers, Brendan R. Johnston and D. Jason Johnston; her nieces and nephews, Daniel R. Johnston, Anna Scott, L. Isabella Johnston, Quentin T. Johnston, Kyler Bradley, Kenan Bradley and Nova Rae Bradley; and her great-nephews, Remington Scott and Maverick Scott Gretchen.
