She is survived by: her parent Ada Mae Wiley (Burks); her spouse Harold Merlin Watkins; her daughter-in-law Marsha Watkins of Williamsport, IN; her daughter Albert Bruns; her brothers, LeRoy Wiley and Walter Wiley; and her granddaughter Tina Dexter. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
