She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville B. Applegeet and Blanche H. Brake Applegeet; her husband J. Clayton Clark; and her siblings, Virginia Kuehn, Vivien Moore, Joyce Siefert, Janet Steinard, Charlotte Kidd, Sharon Blomeyer, Ronald Applegeet and Bill Applegeet.
She is survived by: her daughter Peggy; her son-in-law Terry Anderson; her sons, Mark (Sandy Clark) and Cliff (Charlene Clark); her grandchildren, Derrick Clark, Deron Clark (Angie), Dustin Clark, Nanette Gardner (Daryl), Tammy Fultz (Andrew), Rich Anderson (Kristi), Jamie Clark, Wyatt Clark (Segi) and Alycia Owens; and her brother-in-law Deany Steinard. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
