He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Phillips and Evalee Phillips; his wife Sheila Cain; his stepson Joshua Bilyeu; and his siblings, Catherine Martin (Phillips) and Lloyd Phillips.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Donna Phillips (Spaulding); his children, Kylie Flinn, Ricky Cain, Jenny Stewart, Travis Cain (Sarah Pickens), Ashley Cain and Hannah Chatham; his grandchildren, Cody Flinn, Thomas Flinn (Paige), Tyler Flinn, Landyn Bowersock, Christopher Young, Ricky Cain, Jr., Austin Morgan, Brittany, Hadalee Cain, Travis Cain, Jr., Madison Myers and Bladan Major; his great grandchild Rya Jane Flinn; and his siblings, Charles Cain (Leora), Terry Cain, Ettamae Elliott (Kevin), Jay Phillips (Kim), Bryan Phillips and Tammy Ketcham (Jason).
