He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Brock and Maggie Brock (Craig); his son-in-law Robert "Bob" Rainey; and his siblings, Marvin "Mose" Brock, Isis "Tabby" Gore, Robert Brock, Joy Hacker, Anna Williams, Ruby George, Fred Brock, Willie Brock, Homer Brock and Sharon Rose Brock.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Regina Keith of Williams; his children, Sharon Rainey (Jack), Lisa Rainey and Samuel Brock (Sherri); his grandchildren, Matthew Rainey (Crystal), Jason Rainey (Willow), Issac Rainey (Jennifer), Chad Brock (Kim), Shanon Greenwell (Shane), Jessica Rainey and Leah McLeod (Andy); and his sisters, Emma "Sue" Cagel, Virginia "Ginny" Charles (Jack) and Bonnie Lynch.
