He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Williams and Martha Williams; and his sister Kathy Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Mary Williams; his children, Jim Williams (Tracy) and Amanda "Amy" Browning (Eric); his granddaughter Kayla Williams; and his sister Pat Manning (Steven).

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children (2900 Rocky Point Drive Tampa, FL 33607).
