She is survived by: her husband Tony Duane Arnold of Williams; her sons, John Andrew Clampitt (Erin) of Heltonville, Jeffrey Philip Clampitt (Daniela) of Bloomington, Jared Timothy Clampitt of Williams, Jonathan Michael Clampitt of Williams and Joel Benjamin Clampitt of Lafayette; her stepchildren, Tony Arnold, Jr. (Tracey) of Bedford, Brooks Owen Arnold (Holly) of Springville and Michael Cody Arnold (Mandy) of Mitchell; and her brother David Smith (Kathy) of Stanford, Her.
