He was predeceased by: his father Harold Spreen; and his niece Claire. He is survived by: his mother Rachel Spreen (Cessna) of Williams; his children, Tim Spreen (Melissa) of Bedford, Alan Spreen of Williams, Teressa Amburgey (Rich) of Bedford and Trevor Spreen of Bedford; his grandchildren, Emilee, Richie, Carter, Carsyn, Evan, Clayton and Sutten; and his siblings, Mike Spreen (Karen) of Williams, Bill Spreen (Kristi) of Williams, Tom Spreen (Tangie) of Williams and Becky Pinnick (David) of Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
