He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lynch, Sr. and Louisa Jane Lynch (Grimes); his wife Lucille; and his son Robert Lynch. He is survived by: his children, Evon Emmick (Mike) of Williams, Daniel Lynch of Williams and Millie Tidd (Russell) of Williams. He is also survived by eight grandchildren: Kelly Lawyer, Amy Stockman, Rob Lynch, Matt Lynch, Jimmy Coulter, Danielle Sinclair, Tana Tidd, and Ben Tidd; seven great grandchildren.
