He is survived by: his wife Kathy Branscum (Coomer); his mother Rhoda Branscum (Nevels) of Middletown; his children, Lynda L. Neal-Branscum of Middletown, Michael Branscum of Evansville, Luke Branscum of Wilkinson and Grace Branscum of Middletown; his stepsons, Scott Coomer of San Diego and Lee Whisman of Greenfield; and his brothers, Randall Branscum (Shirley) of Middletown and Robert Branscum (Kim) of Greenfield. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
