He was predeceased by: his father Paul Francis; his wife Shirley Spegal (Isaacs); his nephew Jerry; and his nieces, Danielle and Shellie Caveletto.
He is survived by: his sons, Roger Spegal (Julia), David Spegal (Shelly) and Chad Spegal (Lisa); his grandchildren, Darius, Kaylee, Brady, Allison (Dalton) and Jordan; his close friend Mary Smalley; his siblings-in-law, Bill, Debbie Spegal, Dennis, Beth Spegal, Tom, Lisa Spegal, Marcia, Fred Stephens, Jamie Pierce, Sheryl Spegal, Tammy, Jeff McClellan, Paula and David Irwin; and his pets, Lucky and Belle. He is also survived by six stepchildren; siblings.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Hancock County or the American Cancer Society.
