She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Derybowski; her siblings, Veronica Swafford, Ted Wierzbicki (Lillian), John Wierzbicki and Helen Grauvogl; and her parents, John Wierzbicki and Regina Wierzbicki (Kowalczyk).
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Derybowski (Laurel), Nancy Smith and Sandy Bodnar (Michael); and her sister Ann Nastav (late Emil).
