He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Midkiff; and his brother Vic Midkiff. He is survived by: his wife Benita "Bonnie" Midkiff; his children, Corey Midkiff and Keriann Midkiff; his grandchildren, Ashlynn and Adelynn; his mother Doris Midkiff (Bartlett); and his sister-in-law Belinda Kovacik. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
