She was predeceased by: her grandson Adam Kometz; her brother Joseph "JoJo" Mikula; and her parents, Joseph Mikula and Helen Mikula (Perhach). She is survived by: her husband Michael; her children, Robert Kometz (Laura), Jeannine Kristek (Daniel) and Dawn Ramirez (Patrick); her grandchildren, Logan Mansfield, Brittney Mansfield, Desiree Kristek, Jordan Patrick, Rachel Kometz, Valerie Kristek and Julia Ramirez; her great grandchildren, James Mansfield and Brayden Beason; her siblings, Carol Jacobson (late Harry), Terry Mikula (Jan) and Mike Mikula (Sharon); and her brother-in-law Donald Kometz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
