We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2020, at the age of 59, Rose A. Velez (Whiting, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Luis A. Velez and Amelia Rodriguez Velez; her siblings, Louis, Robert, Irma, Ralph, Jorge, Priscilla, Maria and Adrian; her stepfather Carmelo Carrasquillo; and her friend Sam Alvelo.
