It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rogelio M. Gomez of Whiting, Indiana, who passed away on December 31, 2021, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Aurelio Alba, Felicita Barboza and Zenaida Arellano; his cousin Daniel Soto; and his mother-in-law Zaida Santana.
He is survived by: his wife Jesenia Gomez; his children, Arianna Paine, Elena Paine, Sebastian Gomez and Natalya Gomez; his parents, Rogelio Gomez and Gregoria Gomez; his father-in-law Alex Santana; his siblings, Daniella Gutierrez (Humberto), Jazmin Gomez-Salas (Francisco), Barbara Gomez, Elizabeth Gomez, Orlando Ellis and Mauricio Ellis; and his nieces and nephews, Sophia Gutierrez, Vivian Gutierrez, Valentina Salas, Leonora Cortes, Frankie Salas, Fabian Salas, Jordan Salas and Oliver Gutierrez. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
