He was predeceased by: his parent Dan; and his cousin Kelly Scott (Tom Kammerer). He is survived by: his significant other Jennifer Skvorak; his children, Lauren Skvorak and Lesley Parker (Louis); his grandchildren, Violet Talkington and Dean Hambrick; his parent Lauryl Dattulo; his sister Kimberly Pietsch; his nieces and nephews, Kailyn, Cody, Lily and Ryan; his grandmother Jan Guthrie; his aunt Cheryl Scott-Rosado (Rick); his uncle Bob Guthrie (Carol); and his cousins, Danny Scott (Corin) and Lori Scott (Riley).
