He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Wajvoda (Tim) of Whiting, Indiana, Rebecca Snell (Andrew) of Webb City, Missouri and Roxanne Gingrich (Derek) of Eagle, Colorado; his parents, Steve Maslikowski and Alice Maslikowski; his siblings, Steve Maslikowski (Sue) of Des Moines, Iowa, Mike Maslikowski (Sybrina), Cathy Brooker (Scott) and Lynn Rossi (Ray); his former wives, Vicki Scott-Sach and Rose Maslikowski; and his grandsons, Owen, Ollie, Sullivan and Griffin. He is also survived by his four grandsons.
