He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Rosinski (Kosalko); his sister Geraldine Behrens; his niece Kathy Vaught (Behrens); his parents-in-law, Charles and Lillian Kosalko (Bala); and his parents, Alex Rosinski and Anna Rosinski (Kaminsky).
He is survived by: his children, Rick (Kathy), Ronald (Jacqueline), Jean Hulen (Randy), Janet Ybarra (David), Robert (Jen), Tim (Mindy), Mark (Amanda), Amber, Kristina, Kassandra, Matthew (Cara), Michael (Lauren), Rachel (Nolen), David, Jr., Jayk, Madeline, Kellen, Cameron and Payton; his grandchildren, Sullivan, Cece, Ellie and Camden; and his siblings-in-law, Fred Behrens (Janet), Joy Retzlaff (Georg), Charles Kosalko (Gayle) and Margaret Kosalko. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Opportunity Enterprises in Valparaiso or to the Special Olympics of Indiana, would be appreciated.
