He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Zavala and Estelle Zavala (Graczyk). He is survived by: his close friend Julie Macak Guillen; his daughter Kathryn Zavala; his close friend Debra Zavala; and his sisters, Patricia Czubernat (late Dan) and Cynthia Diedrich (Glen).
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Baran Funeral Home (1235 119th St, Whiting, IN 46394). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
