He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Lisa Wilcox, Mark Mudrak and Leslie Suzanne Mudrak; his grandchildren, Leslie Primm (Anthony) and Kacie Wilcox; his great grandchild Evelynn Primm; his sisters, Joan Franklin (late Damon) and Delores Rubinate (late John); and his parents, Matthew Mudrak and Susan Mudrak (Luptak). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the St. Jude Children's Hospital, would be appreciated.
