She was predeceased by: her husband Deacon Richard Guiden; her daughter Anne Marie Heusinkveld; her grandson Christopher Burrell; her siblings, John, William, George, Stephen, Peter Sichak and Ann Dwan; and her parents, Vasil Sichak and Katarina Sichak.
She is survived by: her children, Richard (Carrie), Maria Salczynski (Don), David (Tracy), Diane Burrell (John), Mary Ann Medved (Mark) and Mary Katherine; her grandchildren, Carly Eland (Pat), Aaron Salczynski (Sarah), Paige Guiden Vieilledent (Thibault Vieilledent), Katherine, Elizabeth, Nicholas Burrell (Maddie Edwards), Brittany Gillund (Nick), Luke, Laura Jarman and Isabella Heusinkveld; her great grandchildren, Maverick, Charlotte Gillund and Jordan Eland; and her siblings-in-law, John Guiden (late Ginny), Ray Guiden and Pat Guiden (late Paul).
