She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, John Polunc and Anna Polunc; her siblings, Mary Cengel (John), Anne Vrabel (George), John Polance (Margaret) and Joseph Polunc; and her parents-in-law, Steven Vrlik (Betty), Amelia Kosteba (Joseph) and Margaret Simaga (Charles).
She is survived by: her children, Jean Shuba (James) of Santa Fe, NM, Janice Beda (Thomas) of Virginia Beach, VA, Judy Oblon (Jerome) of Katy, TX and Robert Vrlik (Pamela) of Crown Point; her grandchildren, Lauren Hart (Ryan), Erin Gowan (Garrett), Ryan Beda, Alyssa Beda and Jackson Vrlik; her great grandchildren, Caden, Hunter Gowan, Landon and Grant Hart; and her sister-in-law Betty Polunc. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Immaculate Conception Grotto Fund, the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Foundation would be appreciated.
