It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Poludniak of Whiting, Indiana, born in East Chicago, Indiana, who passed away on October 5, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Maria; his siblings, Andrea Wittig (Robert), Pam Kinzie (Jerry) and Kim Wesolowski (Scott); and his parents, Andrew Poludniak and Rose Poludniak (Korba). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
