He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Hasik. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn; his children, Joseph (Jennifer), Cory, Sarah and Jacob; his grandsons, Alexander and Matthew; his mother Marianne Hasik; and his siblings, Gail Koch (late Stephen) and Donna Keller (late Donald). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews and his treasured canine companion.
