She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Milton R. "Charlie" Riggs; her children, Jeff (Eileen), Mike (Clare), Bill (Chris) and C. J.; her grandchildren, Amanda, Nicole, Bryanna, Kane and Kieran; her siblings, Margaret Zehner (late Carl) and Robert Tolley (Kathleen); and her parents, William Tolley and Elizabeth Tolley (Matuska).
