Jeffery Slivka Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffery Slivka of Whiting, Indiana, who passed away on October 29, 2020 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slivka and Elvira Slivka (Corondan); and his brother John R. Slivka. He is survived by: his siblings, Stephen Slivka, Julie Butler (Jim), Peter Slivka and Theodore "Ted" Slivka. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to either the Whiting Food Pantry or the Whiting "Gimme Shelter" (for pets), P.O. Box 591, Whiting, IN 46394, would be appreciated.
