He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Phyllis; his children, Paul Ratkay (Angie), Sarah Kenning (Anthony), Esther Hill (Jason) and Ruth Montoya (Rigoberto); his grandchildren, Scott, Gavin, Derek, Owen, Leah and Luke; his brothers, Michael Ratkay and Joseph Ratkay (Marlene); his siblings-in-law, Edward Bojda (Joann), Evelyn Kovacik (late Paul) and Corinne Vargo (Jerry); and his parents, Joseph Ratkay and Anna Ratkay (Tucak). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the St. John Steeple Restoration Fund, would be appreciated.
