She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecelia Jastrembowski (Sekulski) and Paul Jastrembowski; her grandson Tyler; and her siblings, Henry, Emily and Edna.

She is survived by: her significant other Arthur Thomas Smolen; her sons, Michael Smolen (Cindy) of Los Alamitos, CA, David Smolen (Barbara) of Warsaw, IN and Jim (Jill); her grandchildren, Matthew, Lindsey, Elise, Lauren, Eric, Michael, Kathleen, Alexandra, Andrew and Ryan; and her great grandchild Audrey.
