He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Koonce and Joan Marie Koonce; and his daughter Andrea Joan Koonce. He is survived by: his siblings, Tracy (late Tim) and Falk (Jerry Cox); his aunts, Jeanne Orzechowicz (Eugene) and Cheryl Koonce (late Everett); and his uncle Warren Koonce (late Marilyn).
