She was predeceased by: her grandchild Lauren Romeo; her sister Carol; and her parents, James Kubeck and Betty Kubeck (Buksar). She is survived by: her husband John A. Kovacek; her children, Jim Kovacek, Janet Reid (Dan) and Diane Romeo (Sam); her grandchildren, Adam, Tyler Reid and Sarah Romeo; and her siblings, Barb, Helen and Jim.
