He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Mark Dominiak (late Roberta), Laurie Minor (Joseph) and Kathleen Treasure (Justin); his grandchildren, Hannah Rose Lareau (Eric), Margaret Mary Dominiak (Antoine Bouyer) and Kieth Johnson Treasure; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Twohig (Bill), Raymond Stofcik, Judy Hosken (late Dan) and Lori Stofcik (late Peter). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the St. John Church Capital Campaign, 1849 Lincoln Ave., Whiting, IN 46394, would be appreciated.
