She was predeceased by: her daughter Diane Jackim; her brothers, Michael, Alex and Nick Smaluk; and her parents, Arthur Smaluk and Martha Smaluk (Panasuk).
She is survived by: her children, Ron Chorba (Irene), Michael Chorba and Donna Czubak (Dan).
