She was predeceased by: her parents, Noble Brim and Gladys Brim; her husband Russell; her son Richard Chelf; and her sisters, Linda Hounshell and Mary VanCleave (Noble Jr.).
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Shockley (Whitestown), Russell A Chelf Indianapolis (Kim), Ronald D Chelf Indianapolis (Colleen), Shawn Chelf and Donna Curry Lebanon (Christopher Jameson); and her grandchildren, Hilary Woodcock, Erin Shockley, Rustin Chelf, Elizabeth Chelf, Ryan Chelf, Kyle Chelf, Luke Curry and Benjamin Curry.
She wanted donations to be given in her name to the New Hope Christian Church Building Fund.
