He was predeceased by: his parents, Mable Monroe (S. Barger) and John Monroe. He is survived by: his children, Tonya Baker (Dave Baker), Erin Heffner (Ben Heffner) and Brian Monroe (Amy Monroe). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
