He is survived by: his children, Liana Kocher (Mike) and Greg Lewis (Molly); his grandchildren, Hailey Kocher, Kendall Kocher, Peyton Kocher, Ian Lewis, Mikah Lewis, Presly and Drayke; his siblings, Tom Lewis, Paul Lewis, Jeff Lewis (Helen), Roger Lewis, John Lewis (Trish), Ruthie Zumbrunn (Jacque), Mick Chittick (Bill), Chris Ashbrook (Rich) and Mary Jo Wood; his parents-in-law, Jacque, Ruthie Zumbrunn, Linda Hogan and Annette Gambill; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Zumbrunn, Debbie Birt (Mike) and Linda Hogan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
