He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Robert Willey and Mary Evelyn Willey Lautenbach; his siblings, Judy Lautenbach, Bobby Willey and Mary Katherine Willey; and his son Michael Francis Willey.
He is survived by: his wife Carrie Willey (Smith); his children, Amy Byrne (Darren), Amanda Boswell (Timothy) and Ashley Faus; his grandchildren, Jalen, Alyse, Carson, Mia, Baylynn, Giddyan, Wynsten, Maevynn and Aleigha; his great grandchild Owen Michael; and his sister Debbie Willey of Colorado.
