He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Howard McFarland and Shirley Hafeli. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne McFarland (Clark) of Whiteland; his daughters, Tara A. Lyle (Jayson) of Franklin, Donna E. Davis (John) of Franklin and Stephanie N. Burton (Nicholas) of Franklin; his siblings, Harvey McFarland (Wendy) of Kansas, Barbara Thorp of Arizona and Jennifer Hafeli Delay (Burt) of Arizona; his grandchildren, Kaitlynn Hilderbrand, Nathan W. Burton, Samantha J. Burton, Faith A. Burton, Nicholas D. Burton and Ivan W. Lyle; and his great grandchild Aria Burton.
