He is survived by: his children, Sam Sloan (Theresa), Vicky Hall and Dwayne Sloan (Lona); his brothers, Wendall, Ray, Sam, Bill and Bobby; his daughter-in-law Kathy Sloan; his son Tony Sloan; his grandson Adam Hall; and his siblings, Estella, Warner, Tilman, Violeta, Ivy, Velma, Fred, Ruthie and Charlie "Satch". He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
