He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Miller and Marie Miller; and his wife Patricia Boaz. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Lilly (Greg); his grandchildren, Matthew Waeltz (Jeni), Adam Waeltz (Regina), Jessica Elkins (Brandon) and Austin Lilly (Ana); and his great grandchildren, Aydin Elkins, Lillian, Madilyn Waeltz and Liam Waeltz.
