She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Lowes (Outcalt) and Malcolm Lowes; and her siblings, Mary Tolle, Marcia Lowes and James Lowes.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Hogue; her daughter Jessica Hall (Matt) of Greenwood, IN; and her granddaughters, Addison, Trinity and Kylie. She is also survived by her family including all her beautiful extended families and friends.
