It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jane Cragen of Whiteland, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on May 21, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Delaney and Dorothy Delaney (Lane); her grandparents, James E. and Sarah Emma Farrand (Tschanz); and her sister Sarah England (Delaney).
She is survived by: her husband Delbert Cragen of Whiteland, IN; her children, Joseph Cragen (Hannah Henry) of Whiteland, IN and Shelli Cragen of Franklin, IN; her grandchildren, Taelor Cragen of Franklin, IN and Kase Cragen of Whiteland, IN; her great grandchildren, Natalee Stapert, Felicity Stapert and Remington Stapert; and her siblings, Jody Hammack of Martinsville, IN, Joyce Dawson of Spencer, IN, Janice Anthony of Martinsville, IN and James "Sonny" Hatfield of Greene County, IN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
