She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Eugene Casey and Louella Casey (Hardin); her husband Michael W. Minard; her son Robert Lee Smith; her stepson Michael W. Minard Jr.; and her sister Bertie Lou Casey.
She is survived by: her son Brian S. Smith of Taswell, IN; her stepsons, Scott Minard of Indianapolis, IN, Brian Minard of Indianapolis, IN and Sean Minard (Brandi) of Lebanon, IN; her granddaughter Michelle Gomez; and her great grandchildren, Dustin Gomez, Sammy Gomez, Corbin Gomez and Beau Gomez. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
