She was predeceased by: her parents, Orris Bell and Ester Bell (Pike); her spouse Claude Shelton; her brother Donald Bell; her sister-in-law Rosemary Bell; her grandson Ray Guthrie; and her close friend Cynthia Mitchel.
She is survived by: her children, Mona Lane (Steve) of LaCrosse, Claude Shelton (Tonya) of DeMotte, Mark Shelton of Wheeler and John Shelton (Mimi) of Hamlet; her brother Sheridan Bell; and her pet Dinkers. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
